A draft law "On introducing additions to Article 483 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" has been submitted for public discussion.It is proposed to temporarily not levy a threefold tax from individuals for the use of land plots without documents
It is envisaged that in the period from 1 January 2020 to 1 June 2023, land tax rates in the amount of three times the established tax rates will not be applied to individuals when using land plots without documents or in a larger amount than indicated in documents confirming the right to the land.
The discussion will last until 1 October 2022.
